Post-Production
- Manage project files, raw media, and related elements for ongoing projects
- Track progression of video projects by assigning and monitoring project identifiers that are referenced throughout an asset’s lifecycle
- Provide departmental workflow instruction to freelance producers and editors, train contractors in the use of databases, administrative tools, editing systems, and SANs
- Digitize and transfer source materials for edit, wrangle and conform media
- Schedule delivery and receipt of media packages, hard drives, and other equipment
- Guide external post-production vendors on file specs and best practices
- Coordinate back-up strategies for project files, exports, and raw media
- Organize edit workstations to enable consistent user experiences
